We have two different site locations, which we call expressions. See below for more information on both our Annex Expression and Kensington Expression.

The Annex Expression

10:30am at the Annex Theatre

The newest expression of FreeChurch Toronto started in January 19, 2014. Our congregation is made up of a diverse group of people with a heart to serve and support the surrounding neighbourhoods of Seaton Village, Palmerston and Harbord Village.  Whether it’s serving at the Palmerston Day Care Fall Festival or a Christmas Food Drive for our local food banks, it’s our desire to be a church in, for and with the neighbourhood.

The Kensington Expression

4pm at St. Stephens-in-the-field Church

The College-Kensington expression is located at 103 Bellevue Avenue with a ministry focus on the Kensington Market area and nearby University campuses. It continues FreeChurch Toronto’s dynamic history of reaching out to young adults, including both professionals and students, while also welcoming the vast variety of demographics in the area.  FreeChurch Toronto has been in the Kensington neighbourhood since 2009, and we hope to expand our relationship with the many different organizations and individuals that make up its amazingly diverse constituency.  The Sunday gathering meets at 4pm and incorporates a variety of different musical and artistic elements including indy-rock, spoken word, and hiphop.  We gather in a historical Anglican building, with St. Stephen-in-the-Fields standing in the neighbourhood for over a 150 years.
